New Senior Investment Group (NYSE: SNR) is a publicly-traded real estate investment trust with a portfolio of senior housing properties across the United States. New Senior is one of the largest owners of senior housing properties in the United States. It owns 152 properties across 37 states, consisting of 105 independent senior living properties, 42 assisted living / memory care properties and 5 continuing care retirement communities properties.
